Comfy horse sanctuary guesthouse

Have all your accommodations met in one unique, tranquil guesthouse situated at a horse sanctuary. Eleven horses are fenced in within yards of the front door. One large bedroom, living room, dining room, and full kitchen. Two study/work desk spaces. Newly renovated bathroom. Very private & spacious. Tons of parking and storage. We are a horse sanctuary and your stay helps us stay open! Thank you! Feed and pet our resident animals any time (do not enter their pens without the host present). The space We are 2.28 acres in the #1 safest city in New Mexico. RV friendly (no plugs just the space for it). Bring your horse (they’ll stay in uncovered round pens). We are between El Paso and Las Cruces, closer to EP. Think vintage, desert farm energy with tranquil nights and gorgeous sunsets. Head down the driveway passing horses, park right outside your door, check in with no contact, and find all you need inside for a comfy stay. Have an evening bon fire and cook on the grill with horses yards away. Wash up in a brand new shower and crash out in your large room on a queen size bed. Wake to coffee and horse hooves running by. You’ll hear birds of all sorts and see road runners, quails, cranes, doves, and more. Your host lives on the property in a separate home. We are pet friendly but it is the guests’ responsibility to keep pets safely away from the horses. The guesthouse does have an enclosed private backyard for your pups’ needs. 420 friendly. Cigs outside please. You may encounter dogs or cats on the property though the resident dogs are gated away from the guesthouse. We are rural and we have livestock: you may encounter mice, lizards, spiders, or flies. We do our best but we have dust due to being a ranch in the desert ;) Guest access Private access. Contactless entrance. Other things to note Second bed is a queen size flip down couch in the living room. Interacting with livestock is always at your own risk. Children must be monitored 24/7 if on the property. Please never enter an animal pen without the owner present. You are welcome to pet and feed from outside the fence. Our minigoats can stay in your guesthouse yard if you’re loving hanging out with them! We are close to Old Mesilla in New Mexico and the outlet malls in El Paso. Amazing food and great antique stores! We are close to I-10. No data center workers. We are actively protesting the construction of the nearby data centers.
