Fully furnished home; great location; close to highways and shopping; 15 minutes from downtown Phoenix and Sky Harbor Airport. The space Three bedroom house with 1.5 baths, living room, and tv room. There is a second building on the property to which you will have no access. The back yard is shared by both, however. Guest access The entire house will be available to you except for one closet with personal items. Other things to note Absolutely no pets and no smoking/vaping of any substance inside the house. No other overnight guests allowed.
