New England farm house close to everything! Located on 25 acres with spectacular views, we are located 4 miles from downtown Farmington. Close to ITS 82 and ITS 87 trails for all snowmobilers, Sugarloaf Mountain is also close by for skiing. Downtown Farmington is great! It's a university town - University of Maine Farmington with good restaurants and plenty of shopping. Two night minimum is required for all stays. The space Our comfortable farmhouse is great for friends and family gathering anytime of year. We have 3 full beds on the first floor and 2 full beds in the loft. Also there are 2 couches and a mattress for additional guests if needed. A wood stove in the kitchen and a fire pit to enjoy during the warmer months.
