Located less than 2 minutes away from I-72 and I-55, this spacious 4 bedroom home is the perfect spot to retreat to. The neighborhood is quiet and has a country feel to it. St. John's Hospital and Memorial Medical Center are a quick and easy 12-14 minute drive away. Camp Butler National Cemetery and Oak Hill Cemetery are both within a 3 minute drive. The home boasts a spacious living room with bonus area, kitchen with full size appliances including a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, dining room and laundry area. There is a backyard area and on-site parking. Wifi is provided, and streaming television viewing is available. Crib and diaper changing area provided, as well as a high chair and pack and play. Guest access Guests have full access to the main home with the exception of one owner's closet which is kept locked. The garage is kept locked and is out of access for guests. There is a ramp on the front of the home and no steps in the home. There is also a walk-in shower. Very friendly for those with disabilities. Our assorted coffee/tea offerings in the kitchen allow everyone to enjoy their choice of beverage in the morning. Other things to note Our home has a king bed, 2 queen beds, a twin bed, and a crib. There is also a twin size air mattress and a pack and play available. (A queen size air mattress may also be available. Please message if interested/needed.) A highchair is provided as well as a changing pad and children's character bath towels and linens. In the kitchen you'll find toddler approved dishes and utensils. We have made every effort to make the home family friendly. While we do not allow pets to stay in the home, we do own a dog and some furniture pieces have been previously exposed to a pet-friendly home. If you have allergies, you may wish to stay elsewhere as we cannot guarantee you won't have allergy issues.
