This bright and spacious (~1600 sq. ft.) townhouse has central A/C and is located in Del Mar Beach Club on the border of Solana Beach. Our resort-like complex has direct private access to the beach and is conveniently located just 1 mile west of I-5. Complex has four pools (2 overlooking ocean), two hot tubs, tennis/pickle ball courts and exercise room. Unlike many other condos on the bluff, ours has a two-car carport directly outside the front door…so no long walks from a common garage. Guest access You will receive a unique code for the front door combination lock.
