Beachy home with Lake Erie views, family friendly

This is the one. Our beachy home is the perfect place to make your special memories. Our spacious home overlooks Lake Erie and is walking distance to the beach. Watch the kids play from the sunroom, play board games, sit at the beach, go fishing, grill out, most of all have fun. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen to make your special meals with plenty of room to eat inside or outside on the patio. Close to Sterling State Park, Fermi II Plant, ProMedica, shopping and restaurants The space Our beachy home has a homey comfortable feel. We've provided an environment that is suitable for a family, fishermen, couples or a romantic getaway. We provide three bedrooms for our guests. One primary bedroom which has a king size bed. One secondary bedroom which has a queen size bed. One small den that has a full-size bed. We have one bathroom which contains both a stand-up shower and also a bathtub. We provide two electric fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the primary bedroom. The real fireplace in the living room is unavailable. PLEASE DO NOT USE! We provide a propane gas grill for outdoor grilling with plenty of seating outside. Directly across the street is access to the community park and basketball hoop, along with the beach. We are minutes away from I-75. We are close to restaurants, bars, grocery store and shopping. Lake Erie is directly across the street. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises in the morning right from the living room. We are approximately 10 minutes from the Monroe ProMedica Regional Hospital and the Fermi II Nuclear Power Plant. Ask about our extended stays for Fermi outages or Traveling nurses. We are mid-way between Toledo and Detroit, about 30 minutes each way. **Seasonal note.... for guests not familiar with mayflies, we get them here as we are near the water. They are seasonal, with the most being around the month of June. This is beyond our control. Guest access There is a door on the side of the house off of Maplewood but please do not use that driveway unless additional parking is needed. Guests should enter and park in the driveway on Parkwood, where the two-car garage is located. Smart locks with personal code provided only on day of check in. Other things to note Must be 25 or older to book our home. We do not allow any additional guests besides what is on the reservation. There is no smoking or vaping of any kind in the home. Additional fees will be charged if the smell of smoke is present upon cleaning. Absolutely NO pets. We do not allow any parties. This is a residential neighborhood, and we need to abide by all association rules and township ordinances. Please respect our house rules. Each bedroom we offer a sound machine for extra convenience and comfort during your stay. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have ceiling fans.
