Shared swimming pool with stunning views. Ping pong table. private driveway. 2 hectares of garden. Private, shady terraces and eating areas. NO PETS ALLOWED. Parking available for 3 cars. Minimum stay requirement 1 week during July/ August . Owners live on site. Other things to note Please read the house rules located in the property. We do not accept animals/ pets. A 300€ daily fee will be charged plus a 500€ additional cleaning fee will be charged for any pets found on the premises. ( this will also apply for any additional undeclared guests) There are large glass doors in the gîte and the pool is not gated ( there is an alarm) and is shared. Children must be supervised at all times. Check out is strictly before 9am -late check out is only available by prior arrangement and is charged at 1/2 day rate. Check-in times have been extended to 6pm to allow for extra cleaning. Age restrictions could apply to young all adult groups ( to avoid parties) . No fireworks. No loud music or excess noise after 12pm. Please read the ‘house rules’ located in the Gîte. No pets. Minimum stay requirement of 1 week in July/ August.No more than 6 people. Sat - Sat reservations only during peak summer season. Owners live on site with 3 friendly cats ( who are free to roam/ keep your doors closed if you don’t want them to come to see you) and an adorable beagle who has his own fenced -in garden. They love humans but don’t like other animals - hence the no pets rules..
