The space What you'll love: * Comfy sleeping spaces : Queen Bed in the bedroom + Bunk beds in open den. Wide sofa can be used as a sleep space. Both are located on main floor. Upstairs currently being renovated and closed. * Entertainment ready: 42" Roku Smart TV in living room + 32" Samsung Smart TV in bedroom. Streaming available: Paramount, Prime Video, Netflix, & Starz. * Comfortable leather sofa & love seat. The wide sofa could be used as 1 person sleeping space. * Desk with lighting & ports. * Stay connected with whole-house Wi-Fi * Cook & Dine at home. Guest access Access to whole home. The upstairs is closed and under renovation. Other things to note Guests have access to the whole home with the exception of owner's closet located under stairs in bedroom. The closet is locked. The upstairs is closed for renovation. The Laundry room is located past beds. Liquid detergent, pods, and softener sheets are available, I want you to enjoy your vacation. It is not nessary to wash towels unless, you need to for your use. The factory next door comes to life around 6am, Monday through Friday and you may hear compressors start. Occasionally, you may hear distant train sounds at night. Neither is really disturbing. The Vacuum cleaner, broom and swiffer mop are located in the closet in living room near front door.
