On arrival there is a large entrance hall with a downstairs spacious bathroom. To the right is the open plan downstairs living area. There is a compact kitchen, cleverly laid out to include all appliances with plenty of worktop space if you fancy cooking. (Fridge / Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing Machine, Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Electric Hob and Grill / Oven. The main living space is an L-shaped Lounge / Diner with a large Trestle Dining Table and Dining Unit. Round the corner is the seating area with a large sofa and two chairs which can be moved to gather around the Stove Fire place, or the TV. A high chair is available for our younger guests. French doors leading out on the sun decking area for peaceful mornings and evenings looking over the lake and next to the source of the River Thames. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two doubles and a triple bunk bed room. The main bedroom also has a beautiful bathroom, its own TV and stunning view over Mill Lake.
