Enjoy the quiet luxury of an end unit where no one is above or below you. The high vaulted ceilings make the upstairs living room and kitchen area feel enormous. Great place for a couples getaway or a working vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts full size stainless steel Energy Star appliances. Villa Azul meets all the requirements of a LEED certified Platinum Level. In addition, the condo is Built Green and environmentally friendly-from the landscape designed to reduce excessive water usage, all the way up to the cross ventilation from the strategically placed windows. The radiant heat flooring allows for ease and comfort of temperature control while avoiding recirculating airflow. We ask that you enjoy the warm Bamboo floors by leaving your shoes off when entering Villa Azul. Guest access At Villa Azul you have access to the entire end unit, which is very quiet and private. This includes an attached, secure 1 car garage, upstairs balcony with seating area and a private downstairs patio with a day bed, for napping or reading a book. Villa Azul also offers a shared access to an another outside patio area, with water feature and fireplace lounge seating, for a quiet place to reflect or catch the last rays of the day. Other things to note Villa Azul also has Radiant Heat floors, which means, we have no forced air heating which blow out recycled air. Enjoy the warm floors by going barefoot or using the slippers we provide. Please consider taking off your shoes when entering, "aloha" style to help us keep unwanted germs, dirt and beach tar off our bamboo floors.🌸 In addition Villa Azul has large windows and French doors which can be left open for fresh air and cross ventilation. In case you forgot any essentials we have available sunscreen, make-up remover, toothpaste, floss, and Q-tips, coffee to get you started. In the kitchen you will find ketchup, mustard, mayo, tabasco sauce, olive oil, butter, sugar, salt, pepper and every spice I know! For a fee we are happy to stock the fridge/cabinets with your favorite snacks/beverages. If you are interested in airport transfers, we may be able to assist.
