Smoking not allowed on the property.* Guest access Keyless entry makes for ease of signing in and the entire property is available for use except the boat lift. Other things to note The 4 kayaks come with paddles and there are 8 life jackets of various sizes, 5 noodles, and 2 extra flotation devices available to use for the safety of our guests. The pea gravel beach is 25x25 feet and extends into the water about 20 feet. The fire pit has seating for 8 and there is outdoor furniture on the wrap around porch that includes a 3 person couch and 2 large chairs.
