The Cabin is situated within a large shared garden just a few metres from the farmhouse, while still offering its own private rear garden, seating area, and separate entrance from the lane. For outdoor enthusiasts, the location is a dream come true. With countless walking and cycling trails on the doorstep, including routes through the Manifold Valley and the Tissington Trail, this is the perfect base to explore the breathtaking beauty of the Peak District. After a day of adventure, unwind at one of the charming local pubs in nearby Wetton, Butterton, Hartington or Alstonefield, all offering hearty meals and local ales. Guest access Guests are very welcome to explore and access any part of the garden area. Guests do have their very own rear private garden seating area and entrance to the Cabin. Other things to note Welcome to Your Home Away from Home Rest assured, I’m a bit of a fanatic about cleanliness. The bed, the mattress protector and the bedding is pristine it has to be perfect just as it should be. To ensure a comfortable and clean stay for everyone, we kindly ask that guests follow our No Shoes Indoors policy. Why do we ask this? • Hygiene: A clean and healthy environment for all. • Flooring Preservation: Help us maintain the quality of our floors. • Comfort: Keep things cosy and warm inside! What we ask of you: • Please remove your shoes upon entering. • A shoe rack is provided for your convenience. • Muddy boots and wellies? There’s a box just outside the door to store them. We operate a septic tank. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, Thank You You may get to see/meet our Staffy Bear strolling or rolling around in the garden, he’s 14 years old, a little deaf but otherwise good, we love him and he loves everyone. We have 4 free-range hens and provide fresh eggs for your stay. If you’d prefer them not to roam nearby, we’re happy to keep them in their spacious coop. Just let us know.
