Villa Giada is a structure consisting of two Villas, each independent and with its own entrance and its own outdoor space. Inside the property there is a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests only. Villa 1 consists of: living room with sofa bed, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms (including two with three beds - double bed and single bed), 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds for a total of 13 beds. The villa has 3 bathrooms, wi-fi, air conditioning and private parking. The space All rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully furnished with every necessary tool (there are 2 refrigerators, a dishwasher, cutlery, plates and glasses, pots and pans, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee maker with capsules and traditional coffee maker, coffee mugs and breakfast mugs). Outside there is a large terrace with sea view, furnished with table, chairs and sunbeds. From the garden, through a small path, you access the very large and comfortable pool (there is also an outdoor shower in the pool). THE POOL IS OPEN FROM 10:00 AM TO 9:00 PM, FROM MAY 1 TO OCTOBER 31. The villa also has air conditioning, unlimited and free wi-fi internet, a washing machine and private parking. The decor includes sheets and towels. BEDS The villa can accommodate 13 people including 3 in the first bedroom with double bed, single bed and private bathroom, 3 in the second bedroom with double bed and single bed, 2 in the third bedroom with double bed, 2 in the fourth bedroom with two single beds, 2 in the fifth bedroom with bunk bed and one in the single sofa bed located in the living room. WI-FI The villa is equipped with free and unlimited Wi-Fi (the signal is present both inside and outside the Villa). AIR CONDITIONING The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area. LINENS The villa is complete with bedding and towels (2 for each guest). WASHER Guests will also have a washer that they can use at no additional cost. KITCHEN The kitchen is complete with everything: there are 2 refrigerators, a dishwasher, cutlery, plates and glasses, pots and pans, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee maker with capsules and traditional coffee maker, coffee mugs and breakfast mugs. PARKING The villa has indoor parking. GARDEN The exterior of the villa consists of a large garden for the exclusive use of guests.
