We offer you the possibility of staying on the first floor of our beautiful duplex located by the Niger River. The view from the roof is one of the best in Ségou! It is possible to sleep on the terrace under the stars and in safety. The fence is quite high and security is permanently provided. All rooms are ventilated, one bedroom is air-conditioned, mobile coolers are available. The space Solar panels were installed at the end of 2024. The supply of electricity is therefore done in a hybrid way. Lighting and ventilation are solar powered. You will be required to purchase additional electricity for air conditioning. The prepaid meter allows you to manage your consumption as you wish, charge it as soon as you arrive, the guard is available for any information. Please note that the house does not have a generator The villa is located at the entrance to the city of Ségou, in Sébougou. Guest access The ground floor is also available for rent.
