Wandl vacation apartment - your home away from home The space Our comfortable apartment has about 60 m² of living space and can accommodate 3 people. The apartment has one bedroom with a box spring bed and a sliding door cabinet with a mirror. The cozy living room with sofa bed and flat-screen TV, as well as a pellet stove, invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric stove and oven, microwave, kettle, electric cooker, toaster, coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and towel dryer, as well as mirror cabinet completes the overall picture. A washing machine is also available. You can enjoy the sunshine on our terrace for breakfast. We do not accept installers! Our apartment is centrally located between the city center and the thermal bath with a wellness spa. In about 10 minutes you can walk to the city center. By car, you are already in approx. 5 minutes in the thermal center. Golf opportunities await you at the largest contiguous golf resort in Europe. Our beautiful landscape invites you to explore the many cycling and hiking trails. Special Nordic walking routes are also available. In the surrounding area, many worthwhile destinations await your visit. For example: the three-river city of Passau, a wildlife park, a bird park, or cultural destinations such as the Assam Church in Aldersbach and much more.
