It’s the perfect balance of connection and convenience. This is a shared space accommodation No events/no parties Other things to note This is the lower level of the host's home. There are no kitchen facilities available to guests as this is a bed and breakfast. Breakfast is an additional fee option with a two night minimum booking. Due to potential guest allergies we are not able to allow pets in the main house. There is no smoking/vaping in the house or on any of the deck areas. We do permit smoking in designated areas only.
