The Perfect cozy basement apartment for your stay in Borås. Our house is situated about 2 min from the bus stop, 20 min walk to city Center ( through park, Ramna Parken), We have 2 very nice lakes within a 10 min walk and a grocery store close by. You are free to use the yard tjat is shared with possibility to barbecue if the weather is nice. The house is quite close to the highway, but it is a quiet and nice neighbourhood, so hopefully this shouldn’t bother you. The space Nice cute apartement on basement level in private House. The space is bright though in basement due to big windows and you will have a seperate entrance. About 60m2 with a big livingroom and bedroom together. Seperate kitchen with all neccesery equipment and separate bathroom. Laundryroom alos next door but this space is shared. 48” Smart TV and wifi available. Nice big garden on two levels suited for barbeques etc. Good bus connections, nr. 2, 5, 151 and 404. to dowtown only 5 min. Supermarket, lakes and parks very near house about 5-10 min walk. Train/bus station only 15 min walk away. Lots of activities in the city during summer like textile museums, zoo, shopping, concerts, street art, exhibitions and plenty of parks and lakes for hiking all around the area. From the city Center there is good connections to Gothenburg. Our family lives on the first floor so if you need any help with anything we are always close by. About us :-) We are a family of 4. Two girls 12 and 15 years and our golden retriever Sandy. We live outdoors activities and hiking so feel free to ask if you need some tips of nearby areas. We have a no smoking indoors rule and no parties without checking with us first, so hope you respect that. See you soon, Other things to note The house is from 1920 so some of the electrical installing are older which means that some switches are in the ceiling that can be a bit special to some. We also use a dehumidifiers during summer period, June-september for better air circulation. If a bit chilly during winter there is a heating radiator that should be used. The kitchen fan is important tu use when cooking for the air circulation also!
