The first floor apartment no. 2 is on the 2nd floor. The unobstructed view of Lake Brombach is obscured by protruding houses and trees, but this is not a problem due to the short distance of a few hundred meters. The entire apartment has about 93 m² of floor space. The complete interior is brand new and tailored to the living concept. A free covered parking space is of course also part of the accommodation. NEW since the end of September 2019, we also have a hot tub & barrel sauna for exclusive use only for WH2. For a week's stay, the use of the sauna and hot tub are completely free. For shorter stays from Nov. to 30 April, the use of the hot tub and sauna is also completely free of charge from 4 days stay!!! From May 1, the sauna can be booked for an extra €38/stay and the hot tub for €50/stay for short stays. The prices include electricity and heating costs, as well as cleaning/disinfection. Just contact us. Guest access The apartment can be reached via a 6-person elevator from the main entrance at the covered parking lots or via the bright staircase. All lighting here is controlled with motion detectors. The small children's playground with seesaw and sandbox can of course be used and is also visible from the balcony on the top floor. Other things to note Also worth a trip in winter for those seeking relaxation to leave the hustle and bustle of the metropolitan areas behind.
