Cottage near the sea of about 30 sqm with own kitchen and bathroom. It takes 15-20 minutes to drive here from the E4. The space A cozy cottage in a quiet environment, best suited for short stays of 1-3 nights. During the winter of 2020/2021, the cottage floor was built in to make the floors less cold. New flooring has also been laid in the combined kitchen and living room. The floors can still be experienced as cold during the spring and autumn, so please feel free to bring indoor shoes or warm socks. Winter 21/22, the bedroom was completely renovated. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the entire cottage and are welcome to use the lawn and yard as well. The main house is next door and my mother lives here and sometimes even me and my daughter. Other things to note Please note that the sofa bed is 140 cm wide. It sleeps two adults if you're okay with a little less space. Final cleaning is not included in the price as guests are expected to clean themselves. Final cleaning can be purchased if desired, on certain dates. Please let me know before booking. Bed linens and towels are provided for a sum of SEK 70/set (one set contains fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, towel). Please let me know as soon as possible if you wish to rent this. Equipment for younger children can be borrowed, such as a travel bed, potty, toilet stool, bath tub, Tripp Trapp chair. Let me know in advance, no extra cost. Bicycles can be borrowed as well as a child seat. Two bicycle helmets for children are available. In summer, there is a trampoline and a swing. Please note that the trampoline is not for adults. BBQ available but not TV and Wi-Fi.
