With two fully separate and secure Airbnb units, guests do not have access to the thermostat, but we do keep it at 73*. We can adjust it up or down 2 degrees per guest’s request and have extra fans and heaters available upon request. We aim at providing the most comfortable environment possible! There is a private gravel drive to the east of the house with a separate entrance to the apt. We are available through message or phone call and can be at the place quickly as we live nearby in town. Located in the quiet downtown area of Papillion. Close to food, Walmart, Target, Sam’s, hobby lobby, and just minutes from 2 nice parks. There is street parking and a private drive for the apt that can accommodate 2 vehicles, front to back. Since this is a basement space, it is not suitable for day sleepers / night work. There is one HVAC unit that centrally controls the temperature for upstairs and downstairs. In the summer the A/C gets the space ICY COLD, great in a warm summer day! In the winter, it stays toasty downstairs and we also have heaters if you want it even warmer.
