Highlights include: - A fully stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals - A cozy living area with a new smart TV and fast WIFI - A private patio seating area with a fire pit and mountain views - A cowboy pool (available seasonally) - A second back deck with a 3-burner grill - Two full bathrooms, each with its own tub Every corner is designed for relaxation - perfect for reading, sipping coffee, or simply soaking in the quiet beauty of the Sierra foothills. Guest access Guests have full access to the bungalow and surrounding outdoor areas! Other things to note ✧ Pets ✧ Your 4-legged friends are welcome, but only if they are fully potty trained and well behaved. Please do not allow them on the furniture! ✧ Septic ✧ Please keep in mind that we run on septic. So please do not flush anything that's not toilet paper! ✧ Party Size ✧ While the home is equipped to host up to 6 people, please note that there are 2 beds and 2 bedrooms. There is an additional full size floor mattress with bedding for extra sleeping space. Need more space? Check out our sister listing, the Rustic Ranch, for a large 3 bed/2 bath house just a short walk away. ✧ Fires ✧ Every summer there are burn bans in the county, usually June through September. No fires or open flames, including candles. The gas BBQ grill is okay to use during a burn ban. ✧ Pool✧ The cowboy pool is available seasonally. Our team services it between each stay, though some debris may accumulate between cleanings - especially if there’s a gap between guests. You’re welcome to use the skimmer or pool vacuum located in the backyard if needed. If you do use the vacuum, please plug it back in afterwards! ✧ Wildlife ✧ Our property is nestled in the beautiful Sierra foothills, offering a true nature-filled experience. We conduct regular pest control and take care to keep our property clean and comfortable, but encounters with small critters like insects or a field mouse can happen, even indoors. Out on the property, you may see all kinds of wildlife, including many types of birds, deer, and wild turkey. We do recommend staying aware of your surroundings and keeping an eye on pets on the grounds, because while rare, sightings of rattlesnakes can happen. ✧ Private Events ✧ Thinking about a small wedding, elopement, or special gathering?
