We live in the green residential hearth of the city , three minutes from historical center! We have a huge private park the villa, big salted pool 17x7 meters with deckchairs , gazebo, barbecue, children games and all facilities ! ) The garden and pool are exclusive use . .famous wine cellars in surrounding and three very nice restaurants ,a perfect stay for lovers of Italian history, art , sport and fashion! In any corner of the villa you find tasty art pieces some of them very old mixed with modern ones ! the huge garden has a large patio with sofa and barbeque and the salty water pool 17 meters long ! is surrounded by big solarium and 5 stars facilities . We have tennis table, and other adults outdoor games . All surrounded by big private park with animals and where a healthy stroll and gym can be done any time . Is a Quiet area and in same time with no pollutions evenif in three minutes you reach restaurants shops and historical center for an amusing evening . We definitively are in the best area of the city with the comfort of the center. Guest access The guest can go anywhere because the entire villa is at their disposal ! The park is very large and 10.000 square meters and very elegant and peaceful away from the street and noise. from the villa you arrive in 3 minutes with car in the hearth of historical center Other things to note WE REMIND OUR GUESTS THAT THE CLEANING FEES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE IS FOR A GROUP OF 4 PERSON AND ANY FUTHER PERSON IS CHARGED 15 EURO PER PERSON TO BE GIVED DIRECTLY TO OUR STAFF AT THE MOMENT OF THE CHECK IN. Sometime our summer guests cook their bbq and enjoy of the summer delicious fresh vegetables from our vegetable garden and .... i remind them Don't Forget to open light inside the pool during the evening and enjoy the night swim ! unforgettable for children and adults ! ! And if an important evening is booked in the famous arena Theater it takes few minutes to go back home because we live so close to the city that is very easy everything ! Only somebody of our staff is allowed to enter in the guests area but we can easily come over if any help is needed or to provide any informations that could be necessary to help our guest to enjoy hour city and the holiday for the best!
