Lupine apartment in the immediate vicinity of the forest

The cozy rustically furnished 70 sqm apartment with kitchen incl. Dining area and living room (with sofa bed), 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest, ideal for those seeking peace and quiet throughout the year. Children and pets (see additional costs) are also welcome. A seating area with barbecue facilities is right in front of the apartment. The space The apartment is located directly above the edge of the forest in the beautiful village of Frebershausen. It is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation: The kitchen is equipped with a dining area, dishwasher, SENSEO coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, microwave, electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, as well as dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and much more. In the same room, there is the living space equipped with a couch that you can also convert into a sofa bed. So a 3rd or even 4th person could also stay overnight (see additional costs). For more comfort, an additional mattress is available, which you can also place on the lying surface of the sofa bed. A folding bed is also available if needed. A flat-screen TV and stereo radio with CD and USB are of course also available. The bathroom has just been newly renovated and is equipped with a toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer. There is also the possibility to hang laundry on a small pull-out clothes drying rack in the bathroom. The bedroom has a 1.80 m x 2.00 m double bed and a spacious wardrobe (hangers included). In addition, an electrically inflatable air bed (100 x 200 x 40) is available. Heating is provided by oil central heating. You can reach the apartment via 10 steps or alternatively via a small garden path.
