Design villa, with spectacular sea views, on the beach in Mal PAs. The house has direct access to the two pristine beaches on which it is located, Playa de Sant Pere and Playa de Sant Joan. These are two sandy beaches, open to Pollensa bay and overlooking Cape Formentor. It is an impressive villa with pool, with a beautiful garden, located in the well-known area of Mal Pas, just 2 kilometers from the beautiful walled city of Alcudia. The house is made up of a main house and a guest area and pool. The main house has on its ground floor a spacious and bright living room with open kitchen and direct access from the living room to the front terrace of the house, with stunning views of the sea. From the kitchen area, also with sea views, we also directly access the porch next to the pool. On this same floor we also find an office with a library overlooking the sea and a toilet.
