Drive slowly and exercise extra caution when going up the hill. * This property is on a shallow well, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of water use throughout the day. To keep the system running smoothly, showers and other water-heavy activities may need to be staggered if usage is high. Thank you for helping us care for the home! * Cell service in the area can be spotty, but we have Wi-Fi that works well for work, streaming, and staying connected during your stay. * Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. The owner is highly allergic to smoke, so smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas, including outdoor spaces. * The primary renter is required to sign the Renter's Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us. * Propane Exchanges: We do not directly exchange propane tanks.
