Guest access In a quiet and private area of São Francisco Xavier, two and a half hours away from São Paulo, the “Casa Branca” is located away from neighbors and any commotion. Despite the calm, the House is 5 minutes from downtown, ensuring safety, ease of access and the possibility of shopping and tourism! Access to the house is very quiet and does not require special cars. The route passes through only 100 meters of dirt road, and on rainy days, you should be cautious when climbing the access to the gate. After booking, we provide a Manual with various tips on restaurants, deliveries and tours. We offer phone and in-person support from booking to the end of the stay to make hosting a great experience. Other things to note We will be happy to welcome you, and to ensure you have a great experience, all stays are designed and prepared for this. Solar-heated infinity pool! The water temperature depends on the amount of sun during the week, do not expect high temperatures like in a hot tub. It has a breathtaking view of the Serra da Mantiqueira and yields wonderful photos! Giant hot tub with chromotherapy is delivered properly sanitized and with hot water. We don't have a hydro or Jacuzzi. Heating is carried out only with water exchange carried out exclusively by an employee. For stays longer than 3 nights, an employee changes the water (cleaning and heating) on alternate days and by appointment. There is no water change on the day of check-out. Dear guests, be sure to read the General Rules: 1- Because it is a family home, groups of young people, events or parties are not allowed. No visits are allowed to promote events, parties or any celebration. 2- Because it is an environmental protection area, excessive noise, loud sounds, fireworks, airsoft guns or lead shot are not allowed. 3- Additional guests or visitors are not allowed. We comfortably accommodate 11 guests, including adults and children. After 11 guests, consult for additional per person. 4- SPA/Ofuro: area with TV, deck and lighting. The hot tub is handled only by our employees on established days, sent on a date close to the stay. Keep the hot tub covered and prevent it from cooling down, handle the lid carefully and do not climb on the lid (subject to breakage of the wooden piece). 5- Heated pool: it will be delivered in perfect condition and, in the cold, covered to improve the temperature. As the days go by, natural dirt may appear, which does not make the pool unusable. When removing the cover, be careful not to damage it. The temperature depends on sunny days, so do not expect high temperatures like the hot tub. 6- Employees: Cook, Babysitter, Cleaning Assistant can be requested and depend on availability. The daily rate must be agreed upon and paid directly to them. 7-Our kitchen is complete and contains simple items (pots, pans, cutlery), but meets the needs well. Consult us in case of any special needs, and upon request, we will attend to the extent possible. 8- We have several pillows and simple bath towels (1 unit per person) and pool bath towel (1 unit per guest). In case of special needs, we suggest that you let us know and we will make them available as possible. 9- We provide bed and bath linens. We have a partnership with a laundry that provides all items properly sanitized according to strict protocols. Replacement of these items only for stays longer than 7 nights. 10- Check-in before 4 p.m. and check-out after 5 p.m. Check availability and price. Whenever possible, we offer one of these early check-ins as a courtesy. Fridays, check-out is no later than 12 noon. 11- Ask the housekeeper for support if you need it during your stay, support already included in the price of your stay. On Sundays, only emergency support. 12- No smoking inside the house or near the doors and windows. The outdoor space is very large. 13- Any damage during the stay must be reported before check-out and replaced or refunded. 14- If you are interested in Self check-in, please let us know at least 7 days in advance. 15- Internal heating: ecological fireplace (90% alcohol gel), volcano (Bioethanol) and wood stove. We provide a complimentary bag of firewood and 1 gallon of bioethanol without replacement. We suggest bringing a lighter, matches and alcohol gel. See the manual for the necessary precautions for handling. 16- Animals: maximum 2 dogs, and must be notified in advance and subject to the house rules. 17- Crib, high chair and baby bath must be requested at the time of booking or 20 days in advance. 18- Pay attention to the check-out rules sent on a date close to the stay. 19- Share the manual that will be sent before the stay with all guests.
