Large loft apartment (600 sq. ft) attached but separate from the main house and accessible by stairs. The apartment includes a full bathroom and a full kitchen. The main house is a beautifully updated farmhouse that once was a railroad station. A walking path surrounds the perimeter of the property. Guests are welcome to stroll the gardens and the walking path and to make use of the patio/outdoor fireplace , hot tub and other outdoor sitting areas, all lovingly tended by owner Marge Parkhurst. The space Smoke-free, king bed and full size daybed (that accommodates one adult). Kitchen with amenities one expects to find in a fully functional kitchen. Full bath with amenities one expects to find in a private bathroom. Guests are welcome to enjoy use of our spa-like indoor hot tub for an additional $25. Overnight boarding for one horse will be available for an additional cost of $15. Stall is10x10. We no longer have horses, but we have a stall in our barn and a paddock area with cover. Guest access There is a Hot Tub, you just have to check if it is available. An outside and inside fireplaces are open all year round with rocking chairs to enjoy the fire. Other things to note I have fresh farm eggs as a breakfast treat as this is a small farm property with chicken's, ginny foul , and a young black lab named Buddy.
