The minimum price applies to up to 2 people, with plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly and peaceful, mostly older neighbors, who have lived here for a long time. Good parking space. You can drive to the front door. 14 cm step in front of the front door. The apartment is mostly newly renovated. Large sunny garden. Cozy seating area. Large living room. No thresholds from the entrance door to the living room and kitchen. The space House / apartment with charm! Much is like in the 60s, but with newer walls, kitchen and bathroom. Paving stone at the entrance, nice to sit both there and on the balcony/terrace downstairs. Electrical installations are brand new, as well as piping for kitchen and bathroom. Lots of older plants. Simply an oasis! Guest access Guests have access to the entire main floor (kitchen, bathroom, living rooms, hallway) + 3 bedrooms on the second floor. There is also access to the balcony and terrace outside the living room on the first floor + the garden. There is NO access to the attic, 1 storage room on the second floor, balcony on the second floor or basement. There is also no access to the outhouse/chicken coop.
