This townhouse is the 1st of 7 units we have finished. We take pride in providing our guests with all of the essentials needed to make them feel at home. It is located very close to the Niagara Falls State Park which is our biggest attraction. This unit includes everything from Digital Cable and Ultra High Speed Internet, Air Conditioning and Heating to brand new carpets, furniture and beds. We look forward to meeting you and making your stay here the best it can be, we hope to see you soon. This “feel at home” unit includes two bedrooms with a queen sized bed in each one and a full bathroom on the upper level. As you first enter the unit, the lower level includes a cozy living room with leather couches, a TV, a coffee table, and two end tables. The kitchen provides all appliances and utilities necessary. An air mattress is also provided for more space to sleep if needed. Someone will be available 24/7 for emergencies, most likely myself, but I will be a phone call away for any assistance. Niagara Falls is a small town relative to big cities, so this is a very quiet and kid friendly neighborhood. Our biggest attraction, the Niagara Falls State Park, is just a short 10 minute drive (3.2 miles) from the unit but Little Italy is right around the corner. We have awesome food as well as good entertainment in close proximity. Public transportation is walking distance from B Street up to Hyde Park Blvd where you can catch a bus directly to the Falls itself or you can catch the bus up-town to the shopping and eating centers. The closest shopping center to us is the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls USA which is an 8 minute drive (2.8 miles) from the unit, open from 10am-9pm Monday-Saturday and 10am-6pm Sunday. No smoking allowed, $250 penalty. NO ANIMALS
