This newly remodeled cabin is nestled in a private subdivision on a quiet court directly across from the lake. Less than a mile from the highway, main grocery store, restaurants and pubs. Everything is in walking distance. The cabin has 3 beds and 3 baths to give everyone privacy. It provides ample space for 2 families. There is a second family room in case half of the crowd prefers to watch another movie. 2 enormous decks that have umbrellas for shade, dining tables and sitting areas. The space The cabin is 3 min to downtown Arnold, 10 min to Big Trees State Park, 45 min to Bear Valley Ski Resort/Lake Alpine and 10 min to Murphy's numerous wineries and restaurants. A little bit of everything just minutes away! Guest access 2 large outdoor decks, 2 family rooms, 3 bed/bath, kitchen and dining room. Driveway for 2 vehicles. Other things to note The lake is immediately across the street from the cabin. There is a lodge a few yards away that rents out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horse shoe, shuffle board, sand toys, life jackets, paddle boards, paddle boats and kayaks. The cabin also has a canoe and 2 paddle boards you are welcome to use.
