This 3 bedrooms house located between Bodø City and Nord University is perfect for students studying in Nord University for days/week workshop. It is also perfect for a family or a group travellers who likes to explore/work in Bodø.It is also perfect for a long term rentals. The space Our house is located close to the new Bodø/ Hunstad tunnel. - 3 km from the University. - 5 km to City Nord shopping Center. - 7 km from the airport. - 6,5 km from the train station in Bodø Centrum. - 2 km from Hunstad senteret/shopping mall. - The busstop is 2 minuttes walk from our place( Busstop name : Hunstadkrysset ). Bus # 1-2 route from the airport, City and University is available every 15 minutes during day time/school days. - 4 minutes walk to the grocery store. - Free parking for your car in front of the house. From our house you can see the amazing view of Saltraumen bridge. It is also close to the nature if you love hiking. It`s quite old but cosy house. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and a little balcony. Guest access The entrance/maindoor of the house is located at the back. You will have access of the entire main floor of the house(basement is not included). The kitchen is equiped with a refrigirator,microwave,waterkettle,dish washer,cooking stove, rice cooker and all the cuttlery you need.Tea, coffee ,salt,sugar,pepper and cooking oil is available for free. The balcony is quite small but it is good enough for smoking area. The living room is equiped with Tv, a little dining table, couch and a little center table.We use electric heater in the house.
