The space Small lakeside cottage, (shared on the property with the host's main residence) is located on Ripley's Point on the eastern side of the Cleverdale peninsula, waterfront of Kattskill Bay of Lake George. The Adirondack mountains are the back drop of the view as you look out over the lake in the mornings. Go for an early swim or morning row as the sun peaks up over the mountains. Bike down the lane to the local grocery store or local restaurant. The cottage is simple, cozy with two single beds in the bedroom, a futon couch that offers a double bed in the living room. Kitchen offers gas range and oven, toaster oven, refridge, coffee and tea pots as well as a Keurig machine. Bathroom has a "RV" size shower , sink and toilet. Wifi is also available. It is set up as a get away, relax and enjoy life as the way it should be. Guest access Available to guests: Lakeside cottage, (Please note that as we do not offer electronic devices, such as flat screen tv, computers, tablets, cable hook. ) Wifi is available. Swimming area which includes canoe and kayaks only and plenty of space with dock furniture to sit out and relax, and enjoy the sunrise or evening stars. Dock space for guests boats is not available. Lake Placid - great town to visit with shops and local attractions, only 1.5 hr drive. Albany - 1 hour away. Rutland, VT - 1 hour away
