Nice apartment on the ground floor, bright, comfortable and close to the sea. It is located in a quiet and very well-connected area, close to restaurants, bars and pubs. The space It is a 54m apartment that is very bright and ventilated by large windows despite being a renovated garage on the ground floor. The apartment is functional, without great luxuries. It is well equipped to spend a few days, the beds are comfortable and we have different types of pillows to choose from. Guest access The apartment is located right in front of the pool, there are garden areas with benches to sit and enjoy the tranquility of the development, there is also an area for children to play without any danger. It does not have a terrace. Other things to note The price of the accommodation depends on the number of guests, hence our incredible prices for solo travelers. In July and August there will be a minimum rate of €100 per night in July and €120 per night in August, even if you are a single guest. Don't hesitate to ask, prices can be negotiated. The pool is open from June 1 to October 1.
