Raft the rivers, hike the trails or "hang out" around the 20x40 unground pool. The space The Hangout actually consist of 2 structures separated by in ground pool. The main house sleeps 6. It has a large 2 story living room, dining room, kitchen, bath, bedroom and laundry room downstairs. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an additional sleeping alcove and bath. Back door off bedroom opens to deck and hot tub. Across from house separated from main is a 2 story unit which opens directly to pool. The downstairs is the “game room”. with sleeping for 4, games, half bath and bar sink, refrigerator. Upstairs from that is a large room with 2 queens and one twin. Sitting area, tv, small fridge and bath. Great place to relax by the pool and let the 2 and 4 legged play in the large fenced in yard. the pool is also crossed fenced. Plenty of room to spread out or gather together. Guest access Bookings of 4 or less have access to main house, game room, and entire grounds. I do not book separately. Parties of 5 or more have complete access.
