Small house with garden in the vineyards

Our cozy 25 m² holiday home with garden and barbecue area is surrounded by nature, directly on the Saale and on the Saale bike path in the vineyards of the spa town of Bad Kösen in the Burgenland district. From here you can quickly reach interesting excursion destinations such as Naumburg Cathedral, our numerous castles or Pforta Monastery, as well as historical places and larger cities such as Jena, Leipzig or Weimar. Here you can relax, enjoy your vacation and recover from everyday life. The space Our "little house" is in the middle of nature surrounded by hazelnut bushes, raspberries, wine and fresh herbs. The entire living space inside and out has been lovingly and cozily refurnished. Guest access In the "little house" there is a fully equipped bathroom with walk-in shower, a kitchen with dining table and kitchenette (induction stovetop), fridge, coffee maker, radio, toaster and everything that goes with it. In the living/bedroom there is a comfortable 140 x 200 cm double bed, a small sitting area and a TV. To relax or have breakfast, barbecue or simply enjoy the sun and nature, beautiful garden furniture including a parasol are available in the private garden. Other things to note Of course, we can recommend local wine to our guests directly from the neighborhood. We are also happy to help organize canoe tours on the Saale and provide a hiking or cycling map. A tourist tax is levied in the state-approved spa town of Bad Kösen. In principle, all persons who stay overnight in the collection area for a fee or otherwise stay overnight without having a main residence there within the meaning of the registration law in the city of Naumburg (Saale) and who are offered the opportunity to use the facilities are subject to the tourist tax.   Tourist tax amount From April 1 to October 31, €3.00 per person per night. We accept the tourist tax in cash at the end of the stay.
