Casa Berner is a modern and elegant apartment on the 2nd and top floor of a historic building. It is cozy and comfortable, very functional and meticulously detailed, with high ceilings. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The elevator goes up to the 1st floor, then you need to climb the stairs to reach the 2nd floor. The stairs are very comfortable and have handrails. The apartment is approximately 90 square meters, with a kitchen, a large living area, and a dining area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is tastefully furnished. It can accommodate up to 4 people but is not suitable for children as the furnishings are delicate. Ground floor bedroom: double bed, wardrobe, drawers, hanging space, desk, antique herringbone parquet flooring, Persian rug, en-suite bathroom with sink, large shower, toilet, and bidet. The apartment is located in the historic center of Pavia, near the Duomo, the University, Piazza della Vittoria, in a pedestrian area, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. We are in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so access by car is not possible. We recommend parking in Oberdan or Viale della Libertà. Please note: 1. Smoking is prohibited in any room of the apartment. 2. Please separate your rubbish for recycling. 3. The apartment is located in an elegant building, so we ask you to behave respectfully and avoid making noise, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. No parties! Check-in from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., to be agreed upon. Check out by 10:00 a.m. Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide a photocopy of your ID card or passport. Only the people listed in the reservation and therefore registered may stay in the apartment. As the apartment is located in the historic center, there may be some noise on certain evenings.
