The house is distributed over two floors. At street level is the main barrier where there are spaces to park two cars. From there, a few steps lead up to the main entrance. When entering the house, we are on the ground floor of the house, where we find the dining room and living room, the kitchen, fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee makers, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer etc. and next to it the laundry room with a washing machine available to customers. The laundry room has an exit to the outside. The dining room has a table with chairs and in the living area there are comfortable sofas and a 55-inch Ambilight Smart TV with satellite channels. To the left of the dining room, there is access to the porch that has a cistern, with a table and chairs, ideal for having an aperitif or taking in the fresh air. Heading down the hallway next to the dining room are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large built-in closet and a 180X200 bed and a crib on request. This room overlooks the back garden. The second bedroom has 2 90X200 beds with a closet and overlooks the terrace. There is also a living room with tourist information with recommendations so you can get the best out of your vacation; in this same hallway there is a full bathroom with shower and a toilet with a small bathtub. The “Sa Torre” suite is on the upper floor, accessed by an exterior staircase, to give guests more privacy. It consists of a large bedroom with a 180x200 double bed, a television, a full en-suite bathroom with a shower, large windows, and a private terrace with outdoor furniture to relax in the afternoons reading or having a drink while contemplating the views. There is also a large patio for hanging clothes. Outside, you will find a relaxation area with artificial grass and 6 hammocks where you can enjoy the sun and the magnificent barbecue with a large table with 6 outdoor chairs to enjoy long evenings and lively gatherings.
