Other things to note We host 10 people per rental, including children. Please do not insist on having more guests! . We don't have day-use. Therefore, if you intend to receive visitors, they must be included in the number of guests. . Our maintenance costs are high. Therefore, please do not insist on discounts beyond what we are able to offer. . Flexibility in check-in and check-out times depends on whether or not we have another guest checking in or out on the same day. So, we can only confirm if there is such a possibility very close to those days. By flexibility, we mean arriving or leaving up to two hours before or after the scheduled time. We will be happy to do so if there is such a possibility. . But if you plan to arrive early, from 10 am on the day of your check-in, your daily rate will be increased by R$300.00. Your pet should not roam around the front yard of the house. This way, we reduce the chance of complaints from neighbors. Also, don't let it climb on the sofas and beds. . You can use all the spaces that are open. Those that are closed are for the owners' use only. .
