Villa "Le Fontanelle" with lake view in Franciacorta

Our lake-view house stands on a gentle hill where privacy and silence are guaranteed. The villa is located: 1. in Paratico, a tourist resort on the lake where there are numerous places that are always open; 2. on the Franciacorta wine route, therefore an ideal base for a tasting tour in the local wineries; 3. just 5 km from the A4 highway and 20 minutes from Orio al Serio airport, this makes it very easy to reach us and visit the main cities of art (Venice, Verona, Milan and Bergamo). The space Our vacation home is a country house, with the ground floor completely renovated in April 2022. The architecture is based on the typical style of northern Italy, with a porch and loggia with wooden ceilings, along with traditional furniture inside. Villa "Le Fontanelle" is surrounded by a private fenced garden (2,000 sqm) where children can play safely while you relax, away from any neighbors or condominium rules! And if you feel like a barbecue with your friends, followed by a nighttime dip in the pool, well, then you've chosen the right place! WHAT IS AVAILABLE ON OUR PROPERTY: - air conditioning in each bedroom; - new "Antea" private above-ground pool from "Laghetto" (7x3 meters) with 5 deck chairs; - free Wi-Fi; - table tennis table; - bed linens and towels; - dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washing machine; - Nespresso coffee machine, drip coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, and toaster; - LG refrigerator that dispenses ice and water; - porch overlooking the lake with sitting area and dining table; - terrace overlooking the lake with barbecue, sink, shade structure, and dining table for 8 people; - mosquito nets on all windows; - provided free of charge only upon specific request at the time of booking: 1 crib + 1 bed rail + 2 high chairs. - free private parking for 4 cars (2 covered spaces under a canopy) Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, garden and swimming pool (not underground) during their stay. Other things to note - Any use of heating (in April, May and October) is quoted at 100 euros per stay. - The swimming pool is open from the end of May to September 30 each year. - The villa is not suitable for people with mobility problems due to the presence of internal and external stairs. - All bedrooms are on the first floor. - The 3 bathrooms are distributed as follows: a bathroom on the ground floor, a bathroom on the first floor, and a half bathroom in the basement with independent access from the garden and not connected to the house. - Departure must be no later than 10:00 a.m. to allow cleaning and check-in in time for the next guests. Delays are charged for €100. - If the garbage is not collected correctly, according to the instructions provided, 100 euros will be charged. - Every evening, water must be added to the pool.
