The flat is situated on the first floor and comprises a kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms opens onto a covered terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. The fully fenced outdoor area comprises approximately 3,000 m² of green space, a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a volleyball court, table tennis and a second paved area with tables, chairs, a large gazebo and a barbecue. The residence’s location, in the Piedmont countryside, allows you to discover the region’s culinary delights, its rich history and the wine cellars of Piedmont, as well as to easily reach the beautiful town of Asti (24 km), where you can take part in food and wine events, sample the famous Asti Spumante sparkling wine and watch the Palio, a historic horse race. Around 53 km away lies the city of Turin, the charming city of Savoy and former capital of Italy, rich in monuments and museums, including the Mole Antonelliana, which houses a film museum. Mountain bikes and scooters are available for hire (subject to availability and payment on site). Around 19 km away lies the heart of the Langhe: Alba, with its breathtaking views of vineyards and its tradition of white truffles.
