Kinvara Holiday Accommodation (Top) Description – Sleeping 2 These coastal holiday studio apartments are the perfect base for an active outdoor holiday or romantic retreat on the west coast of Ireland. Located in a secluded garden off Main Street on Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way these holiday studio apartments are decorated to a very high standard. Each studio apartment sleeps 2 guests comfortably: Property layout – First floor: - Open plan living area - Dining area with fire stove - Fully equipped kitchen - Modern white shower room with a three-head power shower, mirrored walls and brightly lit. - Bedroom 1: super kingsize bed sleeping 2 (convertible to 2 single beds). - Balcony: south-facing balcony providing view of the countryside There is a washing machine and dryer available in the adjoining converted stable. Wi-Fi is available and free of charge. Towels are provided within the property. Guests can access this beautiful studio apartment directly off Kinvara main street via a private gated courtyard. Please note this unique holiday accommodation is located behind the Owners Georgian family home and the private car park is shared with the Owner of the property. The area is renowned for seafood, especially oysters the village has all you need for a relaxing breakaway. Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3. Adult only: This house is adult-only. Due to its design not being suitable for kids, we are unable to accept reservations from groups that include children.
