The courtyard has a large driveway with ample parking spaces outside the house. The 70 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor. Walkable via an external staircase and a 24 sqm roof terrace equipped with garden furniture and views of fields and meadows. No house in the immediate vicinity. Here, every guest will find peace and relaxation. From the light-filled entrance, accessible via the terrace, you can access the fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer and dining area. Adjacent to a fireplace, is the bright living room with cozy wicker furniture, sofa bed, flat screen satellite/TV and Wi-Fi. The spacious bathroom is equipped with bathtub and integrated shower. The two bedrooms are adjacent to each other. One with double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m and the second bedroom with 0.90 to 1.80 pull-out bed - both rooms can be darkened. We will be happy to provide a travel cot if needed. On the 5000 sqm large detached property, your four-legged friends can let off steam. There is a small pond in the back of the meadow. A paddle boat is available. People can relax here. We offer horse lovers to our lovely horses for horseback riding. On signposted hiking and horseback riding trails, the beautiful surroundings can be enjoyed by march and Geest. In the evening, our guests have the opportunity to end the beautiful vacation days by the grill or small campfires. In the winter months, the small sauna in the house can be used if necessary. Fresh rolls offers our baker from Mon - Sa. The restaurant spoils guests and locals with culinary delights. Both are located only a 3-7 minute walk to our apartment.
