Kick back and relax in Paradise! We have a newly built 3 bedroom holiday home with splendid sea views available in Chintsa East, only 30 minutes drive from East London. Only 500m from the beach and 2 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. The house is completely fenced in and caters for dogs as well. We have solar power and backup water tanks as well, so no need to worry about any power or water interruptions. Other things to note No more than 6 people are allowed to occupy the house at any time. No parties, functions or loud music is allowed. Please refrain from sleeping on the couches. The fenced garden is to keep your dogs safe when you relax at the house, but not for leaving pets behind while you go on long excursions in the area. You will find that many places in the area can be visited with your dog on a leash; however it is advisable to check first before visiting certain venues. If you plan lots of excursions during your stay, rather leave the dogs at home with a friend or at a kennel. Unfortunately we don't accommodate cats or birds. Please keep in mind that the house is in a suburb and noise levels need to be kept down as per Local Council regulations.
