Charming cottage with independent entrance perfect for 4 people, located in a quiet residential area and a stone's throw from the historic center of Abano Terme. A 5-minute walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, 10 minutes from the Market Square and 600 m from the Ca 'Grande shopping center, there are also numerous golf courses nearby. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort: WiFi, Smart TV, underfloor heating and air conditioning. The space The 45 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of Torre Belvedere building, equipped with lift (you have to call it from the ground floor by placing the key card on the grey card reader, once you get on the lift you have to place it again on the reader and then you can select the floor). The space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with kitchenette, dining area, 4 burners induction plates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, mircowave, moka, electric kettle, kitchenware, sofa bed and Smart TV; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with wc, bidet, shower box. Further services available to guests: underfloor heating, free WiFi, split AC, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and baby chair (on request). Cot rental for a fee - 20 euros per stay Child seat rental on request for a fee - 15 euros per stay Possibility to park under the house along the street for free on the street. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Abano Terme, equal to EUR 1.50, for the first 7 nights.
