From mid August untill late April you can see the northern lights in the afternoon or night. Ideal location for travellers to experience the wonders of the North-East. Lake Mývatn only 30 km away, 13 km to the waterfall Goðafoss. Less than 100 km to Dettifoss waterfall and Ásbyrgi. 39 km to the whale museum and whale watching in Húsavík. Guest access Our guests have access to a wonderful garden, 12 meter long swimming pool, a natural geothermal pool, and living room with a fireplace.
