The space The accommodation has a living room equipped with a sofa bed and an outdoor area where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors. Beds arrangement: bedroom 01 (double bed), bedroom 02 (two single beds), living room (sofa bed + additional folding bed) Bathroom composition: toilet, bidet, shower Air conditioning: the accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in the double bedroom Parking space: the accommodation has a free parking space included BEACHES AND MAIN SERVICES DISTANCES - 200 meters from the beach of Torre Lapillo - 1 km from the center of Porto Cesareo - 6 km from the beaches of Punta Prosciutto Guest access The property is on the ground floor (not built above). Other things to note - Damage deposit: € 100.00 (the damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of check-out by bank transfer) - Bed linen and towels: the property comes with no bed linen and towels. If you would like to get them during your stay, you can rent it at a cost of: €20 per person per week. - Check-in: we are available for check-in until 8pm; check-in between 8pm and 12pm will incur an extra cost of €20; from midnight onwards will cost an additional €40. - Check-out: the property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed) - Rental contract: you will sign the rental contract for your holiday when you check in. - Tourist tax payment: the Comune di Porto Cesareo charges a tourist tax. Please note that this tax is payable on entry into the property; the tax equates to €1 per day (in may, june and september), €1,50 (in july and august) per person and is applied up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
