The space This fully furnished single room is located in a quiet spot in the heart of Enschede – ideal for a temporary stay in the city for work, study, expats, or PhD students. Many of our guests stay for several weeks or months and appreciate the combination of comfort, privacy, and practical amenities. The room features a sleeping and sitting area with a comfortable single bed, a private refrigerator, and ample wardrobe space to neatly store your belongings. With high-speed internet up to 1000 Mbit, you can easily stream your own programs on the television – perfect for relaxing after a long day. The ensuite private bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, with towels included. The kitchen, kitchenette, and quiet garden are shared with only a few other guests. In the kitchen, each guest has their own lockable cupboard. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and tableware, making it easy to cook your own meals. For extra convenience, use of the washing machine, dryer, and detergent is included – ideal for a longer stay. Smoking and pets are not allowed, keeping the accommodation fresh and pleasant for everyone. Parking nearby is paid during the day and evening, but free at night. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and good public transport connections are all within walking distance. Guest access During your stay, you have access to your own bedroom and private ensuite bathroom. In your room, there is a private refrigerator for your groceries and drinks. You may also use the shared kitchen and the quiet garden, which you share with only a few other guests. In the kitchen, each guest has their own cupboard. For longer stays, cleaning supplies, an ironing board and iron, as well as the use of a washing machine, dryer, and detergent are included. Interim cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. You can safely store your bicycle in the shed at the back of the garden. The garden is accessible through the white door on the left side of the house, via the passageway to the rear. Other things to note Our accommodation is fully equipped for longer stays. Guests are generally responsible for their own cleaning, changing bed linen, and washing towels. All necessary cleaning supplies are provided. Interim cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. Please note: In 2026, the VAT rate for accommodation in the Netherlands will increase from 9% to 21%. Bookings for 2026 will therefore be subject to the higher rate.
