You will have exclusive use of this pleasant single-family home in a nice residential subdivision about 25-30 minutes from downtown Austin and most other major Austin area locations. Contractors, business travelers, home buyers, families and workers looking for a longer term (28 nights or more) furnished home will enjoy the quiet and airy feeling my newly renovated home offers. Groups are acceptable. The garage is not included. The space Bright and clean, my home is nicely furnished for comfort and convenience. It is full of light and backs up to a lovely greenbelt. There are queen size beds in each of the 3 bedrooms. There are 2 desks in the house and fast WIFI. Guest access The entire house will be yours to come and go as you like. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry area for your use. The garage is full of my Airbnb extra furniture and therefore not available for guest use. Other things to note There is plenty of free parking on the spacious driveway. Sorry, but I have my Airbnb extra furniture in the garage so that it is not available for quests, however there is an extra-long driveway with parking for 4 cars.
