The house is located in a non-commercial holiday park with a communal swimming pool on the edge of the forest with a view over the valley. Recently completely renovated while retaining the rural character and equipped with all amenities. Ideal for a forest holiday in summer or winter. The space A spacious house of 90 m2 on 3 floors. On the ground floor living room with high-speed Wi-Fi, a modern kitchen equipped with all amenities, a large dining table, comfortable sofa and armchairs and an enclosed wood stove. The 1st floor has a second bedroom (with box spring) , bathroom ( with shower , toilet and sink) and mezzanine lounge area with TV . On the top floor is a spacious bedroom with two 1 - beds. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house Other things to note During the high season (July - August) the house can only be rented for full consecutive weeks from Friday to Friday. In addition to the rental amount, the tenant will pay a fee on the spot for electricity (according to consumption) calculated at a rate of € 0.25 pKwh.
