Charming Guest Suite with Loft

Beautifully appointed guest suite with loft is available in the hills of Studio City. Enjoy the essence of this glamorous and historical 1920's Hollywood home while being just 2 blocks to Ventura Blvd. the gateway to restaurants, bars, Universal Studios, shopping and more. I built the Guest Suite as a playroom for my children keeping in mind that we live in Hollywood and kept the design to reflect the magic and charm. Private,comfortable and magical. 25 years old min for renter The space The Guest House is separate from the main house and completely private. It has a loft with a Queen bed as well as a living room convertible Sofa/Queen bed. There is a TV on each floor as well as WiFi through out. The private patio allows you to enjoy your coffee or drinks outdoors by yourselves. Guest access The entire Guest House available to the Guest, with it's own entrance. This is a non-smoking rental. Other things to note There is a mandatory City Room Tax of 14% that is collected and paid by Air BnB. There is no smoking allowed on the property. Registration Details HSR19-002353
